Chengjun is a Chinese product designer. He graduated from the Savannah College of Art and Design in the United States with a Master of Fine Arts in Industrial Design and a minor in Design for Sustainability. He explored biomimicry design and sustainable biomaterials during his studies, which deeply captivated him. In 2021, his team project, ZOOZA, was honored as a finalist in the Biomimicry Global Design Challenge, making it one of the top 12 designs globally.

In 2022, Chengjun became a PhD student at the Politecnico di Milano, funded by the China Scholarship Council (CSC), to advance his research in sustainable-oriented material education in product design. In the same year, he founded his pet product design brand, GOBO Design, dedicated to promoting the application of sustainable and circular materials in commercial products.

Currently, He is working on defining future material education in product design, taking into account design for sustainability and regenerative design principles.
