We utilize a shared makerspace between Polifactory (an interdepartmental research laboratory that explores the relationship between design and new digital manufacturing processes) and the Polymers Engineering Lab of the Chemistry, Materials, and Chemical Engineering Departments “Giulio Natta” of Politecnico di Milano.

At the fab lab, we can use two laboratories (Machine Shop and Workshop) equipped with machines and tools for rapid prototyping and making interactive devices. We also have the option to characterize DIY-materials created by design students in the chemistry lab.
